Both who are business of selling original manufacture cartridges and those who are in the business of selling compatible products. We are not here to sell you anything. We are here to review those who are here to sell to you. We do our own independent study on each of these merchants. We order from each one of our approved vendors to see how the customer service for each of the ink retailers is. We have also created an area for you to post your experience with each of our merchants. We would like to hear from you and tell us how are merchants are doing. We are dedicated in providing you with excellent and up to date sources as to how each merchant is ranking in our approved merchant list. Each day we take your comments and concerns and evaluate in our system and release the ranking data to you daily.
